Currently based in the heart of the island in the village of Skarinou, Start 2 Finish has the flexibility and ability to meet the demands of our customers island wide. David Provan runs Start 2 Finish and with 24 years of military experience behind him, you can be assured of honest, reliable and punctual attention at all times. David prides himself in the fact that he is one of the few air-conditioning engineers on the island that hold the mandatory European Union 'F Gas' refrigeration qualification.
